Gal Pals Sarnia-Lambton is a women’s community I founded with a simple idea: women are stronger when we have each other.

Gal Pals brings women from across Lambton County together to build genuine friendships, create meaningful connections, support one another and have a whole lot of fun along the way!

We gather for monthly dinners, social events, creative activities, workshops and adventures — all designed to get women out, meeting new people and enjoying time together. We also believe in giving back, regularly collecting donations and supporting local charities and organizations in our community.

There’s no business networking agenda, no pressure to promote yourself and no need to “fit in.” Whether you’ve lived here your whole life or are brand new to the area, there’s a place for you at the table.

Gal Pals is about women cheering for women, creating connections that can turn into friendships, and reminding each other that we don’t have to do life alone.

I’m incredibly proud to have created a community where women can connect, support, laugh, grow and give back — together.
